& Guest Accommodations

✨ Five Hours of Exclusive Venue Rental

Enjoy five hours of private access to Christalight Event Venue, reserved exclusively for you and your guests.

🌟 Starlight Room for Ceremony & Celebration

The Starlight Room serves as the main space for the grand entrance, formal presentations, special dances, entertainment, and open dancing.

 

💎 Crystal Room for Dining

An elegant and comfortable dining space where guests can enjoy dinner in a beautifully styled setting separate from the main celebration area.

 

👗 Private Suite Access

A private suite is available for the guest of honor and immediate family for wardrobe changes, personal belongings, hair and makeup touch-ups, and quiet moments.

 

👥 Guest Capacity

The package includes accommodations for up to 140 guests. The venue may accommodate up to 200 seated guests, depending on the selected layout and event requirements. Additional guests beyond 140 are subject to an additional fee of $45 per person.

Venue Access & Guest Arrival Times
The venue will open one hour before the scheduled event start time exclusively for the guest of honor, immediate family members, and approved vendors. This early-access period is intended for final preparations, wardrobe touch-ups, vendor setup, and photography before guests arrive.

Venue doors will open to general guests 15 minutes before the scheduled event start time. All guests should plan to arrive on time and should not be instructed to arrive earlier, as the doors will remain closed and guest entry will not be permitted before the designated door-opening time.

Guest of Honor does he/her entrance on low-lying cloud effect and elegant indoor cold sparklers.

🎨 Full Event Design & Styling
Our décor team will create a cohesive and beautifully styled celebration based on the selected theme, color palette, and overall vision.

Tables and event spaces will be styled using the included linens, centerpieces, and coordinated décor elements selected during the planning process.

 

📋 Dedicated Event Planner
A dedicated event planner will provide guidance throughout the planning process and assist with timelines, communication, coordination, and important event-day logistics.

 

📖 Custom Program & Event Itinerary
A detailed event program and itinerary will be created to guide the flow of the celebration, including the grand entrance, formal presentations, dinner, special dances, speeches, cake cutting, entertainment, and other selected moments.

🎤 Interactive Video Guestbook
Guests can record personal messages, congratulations, advice, and well wishes for the guest of honor, creating a meaningful digital keepsake that can be enjoyed for years to come.

🛠️ Setup, Breakdown & Event Support

🧰 Complete Event Setup
Our team will prepare all included tables, chairs, linens, décor, room styling, and event elements before guest arrival.

🧹 Breakdown & Cleanup Services
Our team will handle the breakdown and cleanup of all venue furnishings, décor, and services included in the package. Personal belongings and items brought in by the family or outside vendors must be removed at the conclusion of the celebration.

🤝 Preferred Vendor Referrals
To simplify the planning process, referrals may be provided for trusted vendors and local businesses, including hotels, hairstylists, makeup artists, transportation providers, entertainers, formalwear shops, tailors, and more.

Outside vendors are booked and paid separately and are not included in the package price. Vendor availability is not guaranteed.
