6 Hours of Exclusive Venue Rental
Enjoy six hours of private access to Christalight Event Venue for your celebration. During this time, the venue is reserved exclusively for you and your invited guests.

Starlight Room for the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour
The Starlight Room provides an elegant setting for your wedding ceremony and can transition into a welcoming cocktail-hour space following the ceremony.

Crystal Room for Dining and Reception
The Crystal Room serves as the main reception space for dinner, formalities, entertainment, and dancing, offering a beautiful and comfortable setting for your guests.

Private Bridal Suite Access
The couple and wedding party will have access to a private bridal suite for final preparations, personal belongings, touch-ups, and quiet moments throughout the event.

Ceremony Rehearsal on Wednesdays Only
Ceremony rehearsals are scheduled on Wednesdays. If the entire wedding party is unable to attend, one attendee may record the rehearsal and share it with those who are absent. A brief 10-minute ceremony walkthrough may also be provided on the wedding day before guests arrive. Everyone participating in the ceremony must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony start time.

Guest Arrival and Door-Opening Time
Venue doors will open to guests 15 minutes before the scheduled ceremony or reception start time. Guests should not be instructed to arrive earlier, as access to the venue will not be available before the designated door-opening time.

Event Curation and Planning Support
Our team will help organize the overall flow and presentation of your celebration, including key event details, room usage, timeline guidance, and coordination of important wedding-day moments.

Up to 100 Guests for Ceremony and Reception Weddings
Weddings that include both the ceremony and reception at Christalight may accommodate up to 100 guests.

Up to 100 Seated Guests for Reception-Only Weddings
Reception-only weddings may accommodate up to 200 seated guests. For guest counts exceeding 100, an additional fee of $35–$45 per guest applies, depending on the selected package and included services.

🍽️ Catering & Desserts

Stationed Appetizers and Non-Alcoholic Beverages
During cocktail hour, guests will enjoy a beautifully presented selection of stationed appetizers, including chicken wings, crab rangoons, fresh fruit, assorted cheeses and crackers, shrimp cocktail, and pepperoni. Water, soft drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages will also be available throughout the celebration.

“His & Hers” Signature Cocktails During Cocktail Hour
The couple may select two personalized signature cocktails to be served during cocktail hour—one representing each partner. Signature cocktails are included during cocktail hour only.

Champagne Toast
A champagne toast will be provided during the reception so guests can celebrate the newlyweds. A non-alcoholic alternative may be available for guests who do not consume alcohol.

Dinner Buffet
The dinner buffet includes the couple’s selection of two meat entrées, two starches, one vegetable, salad, rolls, and butter. A complete menu will be provided during the planning process.

Food and Cake Tastings
Food and cake tastings are scheduled approximately every four months on designated tasting dates. Couples will receive advance notice of the next available tasting and may select from the provided menu and cake flavor options.

Elegant Three-Tier Custom Wedding Cake
A beautifully designed three-tier wedding cake will be customized to complement the couple’s wedding colors and overall style. The couple may select their preferred cake flavor and filling from the available flavor menu.

Assorted Dessert Wall
A beautifully arranged dessert wall will feature an assortment of sweets, including chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, donuts, dessert shooters, and cake pops. Final dessert selections and presentation may vary based on availability and the couple’s selected design.

We will create a customized wedding program and detailed event itinerary outlining the flow of the celebration, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, formalities, entertainment, dinner service, and other important moments. This helps ensure the wedding day remains organized, smooth, and beautifully coordinated.

Wedding Photography & Cinematic Highlights

Professional Wedding Photography with Digital Online Gallery
A professional wedding photographer will capture the meaningful moments, special details, and highlights of your celebration. The package includes up to 300 professionally edited images, delivered through a private digital online gallery for convenient viewing, downloading, and sharing. Please allow up to six weeks after the wedding for photo editing and final gallery delivery.

Up to Three-Minute Wedding Highlight Video
Relive the most memorable moments of your wedding through a professionally edited highlight video of up to three minutes. The video will feature selected moments from the celebration and will be delivered digitally. Please allow up to four weeks after the wedding for editing and final delivery.

Prints and Wedding Albums
The photography package includes digital image delivery only. Printed photographs in any size, custom wedding albums, photo books, canvases, and other physical products are available for an additional cost.

🎤 Interactive Video Guestbook
Guests can record personal messages, congratulations, advice, and well wishes for the guest of honor, creating a meaningful digital keepsake that can be enjoyed for years to come.

Complete Setup, Breakdown, and Clean-Up Services
Our team will handle the setup of included venue furnishings and décor before the celebration, as well as the breakdown and clean-up of those items after the event. This allows the couple and their loved ones to enjoy the day without worrying about the major setup and post-event responsibilities.

Trusted Vendor Referrals
To make the planning process easier, we can provide referrals to trusted wedding professionals and local businesses, including hotels, videographers, officiants, hairstylists, makeup artists, bridal and formalwear shops, tailors, transportation providers, and more. All outside vendors are hired and paid separately by the couple, and availability is not guaranteed.
