🏛️ Venue & Spaces

  • 6 Hours of Exclusive Venue Rental
    Enjoy six hours of private access to Christalight Event Venue for your celebration. During this time, the venue is reserved exclusively for you and your invited guests.

  • Starlight Room for the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour
    The Starlight Room provides an elegant setting for your wedding ceremony and can transition into a welcoming cocktail-hour space following the ceremony.

  • Crystal Room for Dining and Reception
    The Crystal Room serves as the main reception space for dinner, formalities, entertainment, and dancing, offering a beautiful and comfortable setting for your guests.

  • Private Bridal Suite Access
    The couple and wedding party will have access to a private bridal suite for final preparations, personal belongings, touch-ups, and quiet moments throughout the event.

  • Ceremony Rehearsal on Wednesdays Only
    Ceremony rehearsals are scheduled on Wednesdays. If the entire wedding party is unable to attend, one attendee may record the rehearsal and share it with those who are absent. A brief 10-minute ceremony walkthrough may also be provided on the wedding day before guests arrive. Everyone participating in the ceremony must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony start time.

  • Guest Arrival and Door-Opening Time
    Venue doors will open to guests 15 minutes before the scheduled ceremony or reception start time. Guests should not be instructed to arrive earlier, as access to the venue will not be available before the designated door-opening time.

  • Event Curation and Planning Support
    Our team will help organize the overall flow and presentation of your celebration, including key event details, room usage, timeline guidance, and coordination of important wedding-day moments.

  • Up to 140 Guests for Ceremony and Reception Weddings
    Weddings that include both the ceremony and reception at Christalight may accommodate up to 140 guests.

  • Up to 200 Seated Guests for Reception-Only Weddings
    Reception-only weddings may accommodate up to 200 seated guests. For guest counts exceeding 140, an additional fee of $35–$45 per guest applies, depending on the selected package and included services.

  • Elegant Three-Tier Custom Wedding Cake A beautifully designed three-tier wedding cake will be customized to complement the couple’s wedding colors and overall style. The couple may select their preferred cake flavor and filling from the available flavor menu.

  • Assorted Dessert Wall

A beautifully arranged dessert wall will feature an assortment of sweets, including chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, donuts, dessert shooters, and cake pops, creating a beautiful and delicious display for guests to enjoy.

Planning, Design & Coordination.

  • Full Event Design and Styling
    Our design team will create a cohesive and beautifully styled wedding experience based on the couple’s selected color palette, theme, and overall vision. This includes coordinating key décor elements to ensure the ceremony and reception spaces feel elegant, polished, and thoughtfully designed.

  • His and Hers Luxury Chairs for the Sweetheart Table
    The couple will be seated in a pair of elegant luxury chairs at the sweetheart table, creating a beautiful focal point for the reception and a sophisticated setting for photos and special moments.

  • Dedicated Wedding Planner
    A dedicated wedding planner will guide the couple throughout the planning process, assist with important decisions, help manage deadlines, and provide support leading up to the wedding day.

  • Full Wedding Curation with Custom Program and Itinerary
    We will create a customized wedding program and detailed event itinerary outlining the flow of the celebration, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, formalities, entertainment, dinner service, and other important moments. This helps ensure the wedding day remains organized, smooth, and beautifully coordinated.

Event Support & Trusted Vendor Resources

  • Complete Setup, Breakdown, and Clean-Up Services
    Our team will handle the setup of included venue furnishings and décor before the celebration, as well as the breakdown and clean-up of those items after the event. This allows the couple and their loved ones to enjoy the day without worrying about the major setup and post-event responsibilities.

  • Trusted Vendor Referrals
    To make the planning process easier, we can provide referrals to trusted wedding professionals and local businesses, including hotels, videographers, officiants, hairstylists, makeup artists, bridal and formalwear shops, tailors, transportation providers, and more. All outside vendors are hired and paid separately by the couple, and availability is not guaranteed.

Catering Support & Outside Food Policy

  • Chafing Dishes and Serving Equipment
    Christalight will provide up to 12 chafing dishes and standard serving utensils for buffet service. The caterer is responsible for providing all sternos, food-service supplies, serving staff, and any additional equipment needed.

  • Outside Catering Responsibilities
    Outside caterers are responsible for the delivery, setup, temperature control, service, and handling of all food brought into the venue.

  • Food Handling Policy
    For health, safety, and liability reasons, Christalight staff will not prepare, serve, portion, refill, rearrange, or otherwise handle outside food. Our team will assist with clearing guest tables and removing used disposable items, but all food-related responsibilities remain with the caterer or the client’s designated food-service team.
