FULL EVENT DESIGN & PLANNING

From custom stationery tied with hand-dyed silk ribbon and mailed using vintage stamps, to the perfect linens draping over your dining tables, imagine stunning floral arrangements, exceptional lighting flickering overhead and custom draping framing you as you make your way in for your first dance.  Escort card displays that are as unique as you and musicians that match the mood, Christalight Events will ensure that the vision of your event is carried through your event by all vendors involved in your special day.

We make sure that every detail is thought of in our Full Service Event Design and Planning package, which includes a custom designed event.  

 

Complete with vendor selection, contract negotiation and management, we oversee the install of the entire event and make sure everything is set-up according to plan.  Then on the big day we make sure it is executed flawlessly, so you can enjoy each and every moment with your loved ones.

 

Sampling of what’s included:

  • We help to determine your personal style and find elements that are unique to you as a couple, to make the day uniquely yours. We then translate this into terms that event professionals will understand and work with the floral designer, lighting/draping, linen, stationer and rental companies to to create a cohesive overall design, set-up, and flow of your wedding- from the save the date to the good bye

  • We set up and attend planning meetings with you

  • We review all contracts and negotiate pricing on your behalf

  • We set up room blocks for your out of town guests

  • We attend the event space walk-through and your menu tasting

  • We coordinate all of the details of your wedding day with each of your vendors and provide them with a detailed timeline of the day.

  • Access to our personalized planning software and design programs

On the wedding day, a lead planner and an assistant (determined based on number of guests) will be on site making sure your event runs smoothly and timely from beginning to end.  We want you to enjoy each and every moment of your special day with your family and friends!

PARTIAL EVENT DESIGN & PLANNING

Are you thinking you want to do most of the planning on your own, but need a little help or direction when it comes to the not so fun items to logistically tackle? Or did you start planning but decide you want a professional to take over?  Then this might be the perfect package for you.  Let Christalight Events help in 3-4 key areas.  Don’t worry you can still have input, but you won’t have to do all of the price shopping and negotiating- we will do that for you.  Need more than that?  Just ask and we will create a custom package to take over where you left off.  

Sampling of what’s included:

  • We serve as a personal liaison between you and all 3-4 pre determined vendors throughout the entire planning process by attending vendor meetings, reviewing and negotiating proposals and contracts, and assisting with all orders and changes that need to be made or placed with these vendors

  • We provide an additional list of recommended VIP vendors for the areas we are not leads on and provide you with tools to help stay within budget and on track

  • Assist with up to 3 hotels room blocks for guests

  • We attend venue walk-throughs and menu tastings to assist with layout, set-up, and timing of your event

  • We coordinate all of the details of your wedding day with each of your vendors and provide them with a detailed timeline of the day

  • Access to our personalized planning software and design programs
